Kagome returns through the well to the present day without telling Inuyasha. When he finds out, he is hurt and upset that she left without telling him and he follows her to the present day in order to confront her. After Inuyasha shows up Kagome is preoccupied when she talking with her friends and she lets slip that her mysterious boyfriend is visiting.
